At Transform8, we envision a future where leadership transcends the boardroom, where it reshapes how we live, work, and connect with each other. We believe that the leaders of tomorrow will be defined not by their titles, but by their ability to cultivate compassion, foster trust, and create environments where everyone flourishes. This is leadership that expands beyond the workplace, impacting everyday life, relationships, and entire communities.
Our approach is grounded in neuroscience and inner development. We focus on brain health and nervous system regulation to help leaders build resilience, emotional clarity, and the self-awareness needed to navigate complex challenges. Through this deep inner work, we guide leaders to move beyond reactive leadership and into conscious, purpose-driven action. By addressing the root causes of stress, disengagement, and conflict, we create lasting, meaningful change.
Our programs are designed for those ready to expand as both leaders and humans, making an impact and building a legacy they can carry with pride, far beyond the office walls.
HOW WE MEASURE
We integrate neuroscience, psychology, and organisational data to quantify both individual and cultural transformation.
Every program begins and ends with evidence, not assumption.

OUR FOUNDER
Maria Haggo is a brain health strategist, researcher, and founder of Transform8, where she positions brain health as the ultimate business lever for unlocking cognitive performance, human flourishing, and sustainable success. As the architect of The Brain Ecology corporate framework, The Brain Advantage programs for teams and for leaders, and the T8 Index (a data-driven tool assessing personal and organisational harmony),
Maria reveals how optimising the brain and nervous system drives sharper thinking, deeper connections, bolder leadership, and resilient performance. With an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience from King’s College London, she translates research into strategies that treat the brain as core infrastructure, for business advantage, as well as the ripple effect for thriving families, equitable societies, and a more peaceful world. Regulated nervous systems foster compassion, trust, and collaboration at every level, reducing conflict while amplifying innovation and lived well-being.
A Founding Member of the Applied Neuroscience Association UAE and Head of its Brain Health in the Workplace Special Interest Group, Maria collaborates with King’s College London on ongoing studies. She is very aligned in advancing the Brain Economy, where brain health powers economic growth and human potential. She guides teams and leaders to evolve from fear-based management to higher level cultures, delivering measurable gains in performance, retention, and harmony.
Maria’s mission is bold but simple: to make brain health a strategic priority for the future of teams, leadership, culture, and organizational success. Through her work, she is shaping a new conversation about what it means to build workplaces where people can think clearly, relate well, and perform at their best. This forms the foundation for business excellence, family strength, societal equity, and global harmony.
